Podiatric appointments are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Orthotic clinics are held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays by appointment only. The initial consultation usually takes an hour and is charged at the current hourly rate for the clinician’s time and a charge for a short report to the client’s GP or other medical professional.
Clinical time for subsequent appointments for taking of measures, fittings and supply of orthoses are charged on a pro-rata basis, in addition to the manufacturing costs. One post-supply review appointment is included in the charge for the clinician’s time on each job for any minor adjustments or alterations that may be needed. Additional charges may apply.
