Problems affecting the legs, knees, hips and back can often be attributed to the inappropriate motion of the foot, in which ill fitting footwear is frequently a causative factor. Wearing correctly fitting footwear with insoles can help realign and support the structures of the foot whilst standing and walking. This can help reduce the forces being transmitted up the skeletal system and alleviate the strain placed upon the joints, muscles and ligaments of the foot and leg.
